Weekend Fun

Its been another wild Weekend around here...
Friday- Jonah came to visit and JM got to come home!
Cadie was so excited...

... to see her 'bubby'!!!
Cadie spent most of the evening stuck to JM. She adores him so much. He will have a hard time with girlfriends as Cadie will likely run them all off! Whatever girl decides to date JM... will have to charm Cadie as well! LOL

JM....
...with the Cadie... and Courtney who was giving her sister a hug!

Jannea was also here for a visit...

... and between her and Cadie... got Courtney to finally eat some lunch!
Saturday- We all went bowling to celebrate the March birthdays!

Bowling for the March birthdays is something we started last year. I was trying to come up with some activity to do as a family that would be fun for both a 5y/o as well as a 15 y/o.
So, I came up with..... BOWLING!
This year, the twins got into it even!
Daddy helping Cadie....

... she was facinated by rolling the ball and knocking down pins!

Cadie....

.... helping my dear friend Jeri bowl!

Court...

... not to be left out of the action came to make sure they had successfully knocked down a few pins!

Daddy...
.... setting the ball up for Cadie. Who, in turn, decided to kick it down the ally!
The girls...
... and Daddy watching to see how many pins they manage to knock down!
Cadie...
... wanting the ball to go to the right a little more....

Sabrina, Jeri and John....

... deep in conversation!

Courtney's favorite part...
... the snacks!

Annie...
.... showing off her smile!

Sad Sammy....
... he hadn't warmed up yet and wasn't happy b/c he wasn't bowling very well!

Sammy...
.... after a few strikes and spares! Such the perfectionist!
(Wonder where he gets that from)!

Jonah....
... was really getting into bowling! He started out on the lane with the bumper pads... then went to the lane without bumper pads... then decided maybe he should stick with the bumber pads! He was getting lots of bowling tips from Uncle Brad... maybe by time Jonah is 16... he will be a great bowler!
How did that happen????
Jonah managed to get his ball stuck between the bumper rail and the gutter divider! LOL

Once we were done bowling, we headed off to eat supper. After supper, we decided to head home and have ice cream cake to properly celebrate!
First up....
... JM!
I just can't believe he is 16. Amazes me! Even though he is looking more and more like an adult... I still can't help but seeing him as that little boy who was wise beyond his years!
The girls....
.... really got into singing happy birthday with Grandma J and Grandpa J!
Jonah...
... is up next to blow out the candles!
It also amazes me that Jonah is now 6. He was 2 when I met his daddy!
It was a day packed with activities, but I sure enjoyed it! I had so much fun bowling and spending time with the kids!
I think we might even go bowling more often... we have such a blast when we go!
