so the drama

Today actually started early this morning...
I called my mom, who was working 3rd shift last noc and asked if she would help my dad watch the twins while we went to get a loan for our new addition. She agreed she would help and they would just come to our house. Which works best for us. I tried to have the twins up, fed and dressed so she didn't have to do much. I managed to get them up and fed... she had to dress them. Our appt was 9am. We were 10min late as usual!
When we were getting ready to leave our house, the phone rang and it was Cathy. Jason and I didn't have time to talk, so we told my mom to not answer the phone and we would get Jonah in contact with his mom once we got back. We weren't going to be gone very long... so we didn't think an hour or two would matter! As we were driving to the bank meeting, Jason called Cathy and explained we were just leaving and didn't have time to answer the phone. He explained that Jonah was still asleep and that we would call her when we got back. She told Jason "well, I didn't want to talk to you!" Jason explained, Jonah is asleep, we have a sitter at the house, they won't answer our phone. We will call you when we get home.

She proceeded to call our house. Then call again! So, since she didn't get anywhere here... she calls Jason as we are signing in at the bank to meet with the loan lady and she asks Jason: "Can you call your sitter and tell them to answer the phone?" Jason said, "no, I am in the middle of a meeting and I have to go. I will call as soon as we get home" She said, "whatever!" and hung up!

Apparently, not listening to what we said once again... called our house a fourth time! This time she left some message about being Jonahs' mom and wanting to talk to him. My mom was a little sarcastic when she learned that we had informed Cathy we would call when we got done at the bank. We were there close to 2 hours. It is my opinion that I don't think we were being too harsh telling her we would get her in touch with Jonah once we were home.

Jonah didn't even wake up until after 10am. The first 3 times Cathy called, Jonah wasn't even awake... as my mom said, no use waking him when he is sick! He needs the rest!

We called Cathy immediately once we got home. Jason said he would take Jonah back if she wanted, but she never asked... so Jason didn't offer. I told Jason, I don't know why she wouldn't take this week and get to know her new baby and enjoy having a new little one around. I think she is way to proud to ask Jason for anything after she lost in court.

Jason's mom came down and she was saying how nice Cathy was to her. She said that she should handle all phone conversations from now on! I told her I would let her! It is so crazy that she is so hateful and nasty to Jason! You would think they could at least be civil to each other!

Oh, I guess she named her new baby Jacob Michael. Her oldest baby is named Justin b/c she wanted it to start with a "J" b/c of Jason... she claimed that Justin was Jason's, but after a DNA test was done, he wasn't Jasons. Then she had Jonah... another "J" b/c this time... it was really Jason's son. Now, she is married to Steve... and yet another "J". I guess I can see where she would want to keep them all starting with "J"'s... but I would think that would annoy her current husband! He must have the patience of a saint!

The rest of our day was pretty uneventful. I am hoping to add pictures from our bowling party in March... so look for those pictures... probably tomorrow. I am going to put them with the post about the party. I might put a few extras upfront. Digital is definately a lot better than waiting to have film developed! LOL
I had forgotten my camera and my mom bought me a disposable one just so I could still take pics!

I would be so lost without my parents, grandparents and aunts and in-laws!

I am gaining more friends around here. Not that I didn't have friends, but I just didn't get out much and when I was working full time and school full time I didn't have time to see anyone! Now I have more free time and the girls are getting easier to leave with my in-laws or Jason... it was rough that first year!
So, I have been talking to friends from high school, old child hood friends and some new ones I have met along the way. I have joined a group that plays cards and I am looking forward to that!

last note... Jonah is on 7mls of Zithromax! I think that is a huge dose for a little boy... but we don't know any details about what was going on that the doctor put him on so much antibiotic. Jason is going to call this week and try to get that sorted out!

Love to all...
