This is the email notification I received from Health and Family services. As soon as I get the form, I will fill it out and immediately send it back in! I will let you know if they end up putting his picture up there!
I have referred your case to the Delinquent Parent Program staff for
consideration. They will mail you a consent for publication form for
you
to sign and return. Please be advised that your consent for publication
simply initiates the process but is not a guarantee that your case will
be selected for publication. The criteria is extremely strict and the
Department must select the most egregious cases for publication. Please
allow up to 90 days for the staff to do the required research and
evaluation of your case.

So glad they're going to get the ball rolling.... I know there are no guarantees but it's a start anyway! I know it'd be better if they would actually be able to make him pay the support he owes you but at least if he's not going to do it maybe the whole world will know about it! Good luck with everything! I hope it goes well for you!
Good for you for taking a stand. Having had a major deadbeat dad I applaud your effort and am so glad that at least states are starting to take it a little more seriously than they did 20+ years ago!
At least the ball is rolling. Keep it going and don't get disheartened :)
