This is the email I got from the childsupport people who run the deadbeat site... I got this on Friday morning and I was so ticked off that I didn't even mess with the computer at all for the rest of the day!
The criteria for the Deadbeat Parent website is extremely strict and the
Department selects only the most egregious cases for publication. The
three main criteria for a case to be submitted for consideration of
publication are: 1) an Illinois administrative or judicial order, 2) no
payments received in at least three (3) months, and 3) a past due
balance of $5,000.00 or more. There are other very strict criteria that
must also be met before a case is considered for publication. There may
be circumstances which may disqualify the case. At this time there are
factors that will not allow referral of your case. Due to
confidentiality laws and Department policy the reasons cannot be shared
with you.
Our Department utilizes all available resources in our efforts to
assist in the enforcement of child support orders. Many of these
resources are automated and continually search for information and data
matches. Enforcement tools include the State and Federal refund Offset
Program, Financial Institution Data Matches (FIDM), running tape matches
with the Credit Bureau, Department of Employment Security, Internal
Revenue Service, Secretary of State, Social Security Administration,
suspension of Illinois professional licenses, placing liens on real and
personal property; collaborating with the private collection agencies;
and reporting the debt to credit reporting agencies.
For further questions regarding the status of your case, please call
the Child Support Customer Service Call Center at 800-447-4278. Staff
will be able to assist you. Calls are placed in a queue and are
answered in the order in which they are received. If the call queue is
full, you will be instructed to call back at a later time.

That is the state of Illinois for ya! Not to mention that my ex always manages to get by with everything! He never gets caught for doing anything wrong, he is allowed to not pay support in 3 years!!! and is 11,000 behind and doesn't work at all! He dropped out of school, so he doesn't have a college degree and he spent 3 yrs in school and it is all for nothing! I am so ticked off at the state, I am trying to come up with a way to continue pursuing it! I don't know what else to do. However, after the peoria stunt, I am not letting the kids spend the night out there anymore. He can still have his visitation, they just won't be spending the night. The only way I will be in trouble with the courts is to not allow him any visitation. In the state of Illinois, just b/c a father pays support, it doesn't grant visitation and just b/c he doesn't pay support doesn't mean visitation can be withheld! It sure isn't fair!

Well that just bites the big one my dear. Surely there must be something that can be done. Can you take him to court, start a petition, post a billboard in his town or maybe have Jason fly a giant flag behind the plane with the deadbeats face on it for all to see LOL
Beyond ridiculous, wonder what is so confidential that they cannot give you the reason. Sounds bogus to me!
UGH! I Just can not believe the bullshit! Just amazing!
So sorry CC!
