I can't!!! I know that we haven't been under construction very long... but I am sooo sooo ready for it to be all done! It is so close that I am just anxious for it to be completed!
This is the front side of our house...
This is the south side with all the siding done!
Yesterday, Jamie Shafer put down the floor in the masterbath...
Today they are working on the existing bathroom's new tile flooring.
Jason and I and his parents got to work on priming the walls for the paint to go on. Jason and I were up til 2am priming the bathroom! We wanted to get as much done as we could before the new floor was down! I have been so sore today from climbing up and down and being in tight spaces trying to get everything primed! Jason has it worse though... he had to work today and he only got about 1 hr of sleep! Tonight he is supposed to come home and go to sleep! We will see if he does that... as we are all feeling a huge time crunch to get it all done before Monday when they start moving our washer and dryer upstairs!
Here are some random pictures of the girls....
Sammy has a Lizzy the Lizard beanie buddy that he got many, many years ago. It is his favorite and he carries it every where and it sleeps with him at noc. Courtney for some odd reason has developed the same love for Lizzy! She loves it so much that she often times would take Sammy's and it was a huge battle to get it away from her! Well, not wanting to have the constant battle... I checked to see if anyone had a Lizzy the Lizard beanie buddy for sale on Ebay. I was in luck, they did! We ordered one and with shipping included the price was only about $10! I thought that was a great deal since when they were brand new they were only about $10! I was nervous to order from Ebay, but I must admit... I am very happy with the outcome! Courtney now has her own Lizzy and her and Sammy can both sleep well knowing Lizzy is by their side! This is Courtney Zonked out with her Lizzy!
I had to take this pic, I really didn't pose them for this, but of course, soon as they realized I had the camera, they had to be hams...
Oh, and did you notice Lizzy is right there next to Courtney? I can't get over how it goes everywhere with her some days!
One of their all time favorite things to get into is this cabinet in our kitchen. This is the cabinet that Jason keeps his dinner bucket in. So, often it is empty unless Jason is home from work! Courtney loves to climb in there and shut the door...
Of course, the joy with 2 is that they each have to do it...
We stopped bathing the girls in the kitchen sink a long time ago. Probably when they were about 6 to 8mo old. However, when you don't have a tub to bathe them in, the sink will do! This is Courtney...
This is Cadie in the sink...
Even though every day is a new adventure with the girls, I sure miss our baby days!
