I grabbed this off of Tab's blog...

3) How long have you been blogging? about 1.5yrs
4) Who tagged you? no one really, Tab just said she wanted to read everyone's dirty secrets!
5 ) Tell me your 5 most favorite body parts: don't really have favs at this point... Thankful I can walk, use my hands and everything works like it is suppose to even if it isn't pretty!

10) At what age did you have your 1st crush? maybe 6th grade?
11) Did you attend any school reunion after you graduated till now? yes, 15th - had fun, but it would have been better had I not came directly from work and was prego with twins!
12) Have you ever passed gas in public and pretended you didn't smell anything? what kind of question is this?
13) Are you a clean freak? I wish! (I like stuff picked up and put away... but get discouraged easily when I don't have a place for everything)!
14) Which era do you wish you were born into? Im ok with the one I am in!
15) Are you a vegetarian? no, but I was close to being one before I met JC.
16) How many pillows do you sleep with at night? however many I can smoosh around me!
17) Are you a light sleeper or an I-don't-care-if-there's-a-bomb-here sleeper? Light sleeper
18) Do you secretly wear comfortable granny panties when your man is not around? No. I wear the same kind of underwear every day period. I don't like variety! LOL

20) What is it your hubby does that annoys you the most? gets moody sometimes
21) What is your dream car? A new Mustang
22) Do you easily wake up in the morning? Depends on the day - I keep really odd hours.
23) Do you like hairy men? Love hairy chests, don't like hairy backs!
24) How about goateed men? Sounds like they are half-man half-goats! Anyway, my hubby has a goatee. I like it. I like goatee's in general... as long as they look good on the guy who is sporting it.
25) Which one would you prefer, 2 hour spa, 2 hour Thai Massage or 2 hour foot massage? Haven't ever done any of these... so I would guess just the massage??
26) Have you ever wished you had a different name other than your real name? I hated my name when I was little. I am ok with it now.
27) What is the most extreme sport you have ever done? Im not an extreme person! The most dangerous thing I have done is go 4wheel riding!
28) Do you prefer traveling in Europe or Asia? I haven't done either. Not sure that I really care to?
29) What is your favorite food? Italian
30) What is the most embarrassing moment when you were out on a date? I can't really think of any... I do remember being to shy to eat in front of JC on our 1st date! (does that count?)
Here are the rules: Copy and paste the whole questionnaire and replace my answers with yours. You have to create a link for the blogger who tagged you. Pass to 4 other bloggers. Display the logo anywhere on your blog. Last, answer each question with the truth, and nothing but the TRUTH...this is a confession tag, you know.
Honestly, I'd love to tag everyone who reads this because I like to hear other people's dirty little secrets confessions, so if you want to do this survey, feel free (and let me know you did so I can be nosy and read your confessions).
I tag... this blogger, and this one! Hmm.... who else... How about YOU and YOU!

Monday's MeMe- New Years Resolutions
It is Monday again! Every Monday, I host a Monday MeMe. It is all for fun and I like to hear about what is going on in your life and share some things about my life!
So, don't just read, but play along! Happy Monday!
I will be the first to admit, I don't normally do New Year's resolutions. However, I have decided that maybe this should be the year that I try. I try to make some, try to keep some and we will see if I manage to keep them through out the whole year!
My top 5 Resolutions for 2009:
5. I will start and continue an exercise program
4. I will lose 20lbs by June
3. I will lose 30lbs by December and keep it off!
2. I will take more time with my children and play more often
1. I promise to not cry when one of my babies enters the driving world this year!
Ok, well, I can already tell ya I won't manage to keep all 5 of them. I am hoping to keep at least 3 of them!
So, lets here it...
What are your resolutions this year???
Jen at Barrick Times
Carissa from Butterfly Kisses
What is up for next week??
Honestly, I have no idea. I am loving the MeMe themes, but I have also stumbled across a "Makes My Monday" or a "Magic Marker Monday" that are also really cool Monday postings.
I think for Jan 2009, I am going to opt out of MeMe's and do "Makes My Monday"
Check out Twinfatuation... she has been doing Makes My Monday for a little while now.
So, don't just read, but play along! Happy Monday!

Monday's MeMe - Favorite Christmas Entertainment
It is Monday again! Every Monday, I host a Monday MeMe. It is all for fun and I like to hear about what is going on in your life and share some things about my life!
So, don't just read, but play along! Happy Monday!
Up this Monday, Favorite Christmas Entertainment... have fun and run with it!
5. "Its a Charlie Brown Christmas"

I love Charlie Brown. I love Charles Schultz. I love all the Charlie Brown movies, but I HAVE to watch the Christmas episode EVERY year!
4. "Max and Ruby's Christmas"

This is new to us this year. The twins really love Max and Ruby. I have to confess... I do too!
3. "Blue's First Holiday"

I know this seems really sad.... but I just love Blues Clues and this has become a great addition to our Christmas viewing!
2. "How The Grinch Stole Christmas"

I love this story! I am a huge fan of Dr. Seuss, and this story is just a classic! I own it now on DVD and I can't even begin to tell you how many times my kids have sat and watched the Grinch!
1. "The Night Before Christmas" by Clement C. Moore.

This is by far my absolute favorite story. I can pretty much recite it by heart!
As you can see... I am quite into cartoons. Always have been. I have many, many favorites of this time of year, classics along with some new ones!
Now, I want to hear your favorites! Please list them and I will give you a big shoutout!
1. Jen
2. Deanna
Up for next week:
12-22: Christmas is almost here! Share a pic (or 2 or 5) of Christmas's past and share the stories behind them!
12-29: New Year's resolutions!

Monday's MeMe- Christmas Traditions
Every week I host a Monday's MeMe... just for fun! Join in if you like, I always love to learn more about everyone!
This weeks theme is Christmas Traditions!
5. Christmas eve services. I love going to Christmas eve services! It just isn't Christmas without going to Christmas Eve services.
4. Christmas dinner at my Grandma's. Christmas just isn't Christmas without going to my Grandmas and gathering with our family. Between all of my cousins and I we make a rather large group! We are almost getting to big to fit in my Grandma's house! I can't imagine having Christmas any where else. Yet, I know that one day we will have to find an alternate place to gather or maybe not gather on Christmas as many of us are beginning to create our own family traditions.
3. Hallmark Ornaments. Every year, either my mom or I get the kids new ornaments. We also always get my dad a new ornament and I started 2 years ago getting Jason the airplane series from Hallmark!
2. Santa. Santa is a huge tradition in our family. If you don't believe in Santa... he will not bring you presents! Then the kids are left with the ONE gift from mom and dad... usually a package of undies or socks!
1. Christmas Candy &/or Cards. I lumped these two together b/c there have been years I have made Christmas Candy and not made any cards, or I have made Cards and no Christmas Candy! They are both really great traditions that I love to do every year and a perfect year is one where I get to do both!!!
I sure hope you enjoyed my list! I look forward to reading about your Christmas Traditions!

Monday's MeMe - The worst Christmas gifts ever!
Every Monday I like to do a MeMe. The purpose is to just have lots of fun with it and learn some interesting things about me and others.
This weeks MeMe is the Top 5 Worst Christmas presents...
I must say though, it isn't often that I have a bad Christmas present. I am pretty easy to please. And, as always, it is the thought that counts.
5. undies. I really like to buy my own underwear... though, I have been known to give my kids undies for Christmas from me. (That just makes Santa look that much better!)
4. a birthday gift wrapped in Christmas paper. This doesn't happen to me... as my birthday is in January. But, I see this with my daughter who has a birthday on Christmas eve. I feel so bad for her (& everyone) that has a birthday around Christmas and her birthday gets bypassed b/c its Christmas!
3. homework. We had teachers that *kindly* gave us our upcoming projects early so we could get started over the holiday break! GEEEE.. Thanks!
2. work. Who wants to work over the holidays? Ok. I know this isn't a really a gift... but my kids love it when I am off for the holidays! Many times nurses don't get to have holidays off and it is like having a real present when I am off for Christmas!
1. when I get NOTHING from my hubby!. Yep... that is right! One year, my hubby didn't buy me one thing! It was Christmas of 2006, the twins were 10days away from arrival. Jason hadn't been working as much extra (and he had even gotten called away from work that I was in labor a couple of times). We had talked about not getting each other anything for Christmas. I had agreed to this, but thought he would at least surprise me with some little token for me to unwrap! NOPE! I was so disappointed! Nothing like NO PRESENT, to really be the WORST PRESENT!!
I will say, I didn't get mad, just disappointed. Needless to say, he has now learned that even if I say "I don't want anything... he will still get me something!"
Ok, as you can see... I had lots of fun with this and even though not many were actual presents... they are all things that do impact my Christmas!
I hope that all of you will play along and list what your WORST Christmas presents are!

4. Prepare something for desert. No one asks me to cook b/c they all figure I have too many children to prepare food for other people. I have to prove, yes, I can also cook with all these children! Don't have a clue what I am going to fix!! LOL
3. Visit my Grandma's. My Grandma is hosting Thanksgiving for our family. I will have to make my appearance there with all my children in tow.
2. Catch up with my family and friends. I love having a day to just eat and visit. I like to see and talk to my cousins and I am sure I will also see a few friends on this wonderful day as well.
1. Eat lots of good yummy food, go home early and veg out in front of the TV. ahhh... sounds so wonderful... I can't wait!

Monday's MeMe- My Wishlist
This is going to be completely selfish... normally, I would say world peace, that children never get hurt and we all get to live forever... but since those are somewhat out of reach...
Here is my Christmas Wishlist this year... (we will see if I get any of them)!
5. iPOD. I want an iPOD. I can't decide if I want the nano...
or the classic. I have been wanting the classic... but I like the pink nano as well!

a pink classic would be perfect!!!
4. a new DVD player that will convert my VHS tapes to DVDs. Oh, and it has to be able to play them as well!
3. gift cards so I can go shopping for myself. this is something I rarely ever do... oh, and watch the kids so I don't have to try and do it while I chase children through a store or listen to my hubby ask me a million times if I am done yet!
2. a new digital camera! I love Jen's camera! I want a new one that is just a little bit better than the one I have... though it is so much better than our old digital camera!
1. my own computer! I have been wanting a desktop, but I think I would also like a pretty pink laptop too.
One that is mine, all mine. I don't want to share it with the kids or my hubby! I want it all to myself!
I want to see what hot items are on your Christmas wishlist this year!
Come play along with me!
Here are today's players....

Monday's MeMe- Most Memorable Holidays
I love Holidays, and I really love Christmas time. So, it isn't any wonder that most my memorable ones are from Christmas...
5. ANY Christmas my brother gets to be here is very special to me! He was in the military for 20yrs, so there haven't been many Christmas's... but I cherish it when he does get to be here!

4. The Christmas I was 13. I got a big really nice stereo for my room. It was awesome! It was top notch at the time! Had a record player, 2 cassettes, radio and hook ups for a CD player! The speakers were about 4ft tall! It was so cool and I loved it!
3. St. Patricks Day 1995. I went to Indpls to visit my friend Cheryl
and we went out to a bar called Sports. It was one of the best nocs of my life!
Not b/c we were drinking, but just b/c we were having so much fun!
2. ANY Valentine's Day that I get roses! I am not normally big on flowers... but there are some occassions where it absolutely melts my heart if you bring me a rose.
Valentine's Day is one of those times! It doesn't count if I have to say "bring me some roses" or if it is forgotten and then you go back and then bring me flowers. It has to be the real deal... I am on your mind, and I get roses!
1. My most memorable holiday was Christmas 1997. Christmas Eve my parents and I had went to Canton for some last minute shopping. After leaving Kirlin's Hallmark, I got in my parents Blazer.... and my water broke! We drove to my aunts house and as soon as I got out of the car, it all ran down my legs. Off to the hospital we went. That was at 3:30p.
I got there, got checked in and was only 2cm. Around 5:30p I was throwing up. My mom went to get the nurse b/c she thought I was dilating quickly. The nurse checked and I was a 6cm. I was hanging in there and doing well, not too much pain. I visited with a friend of mine (Nikki Sollo) at 6:30p. I started to get uncomfortable and began requesting pain medication about 7p. By this time I was 8cm!! NO ONE expected me to deliver before Christmas! Everyone started rushing around and the doctor got there just in time for Annalea Ray to make her entrance at 7:37p! We went home Christmas day at 5p!
We had to bring her back for her state screening at 8p, but I got to spend Christmas with my family and had a new baby to show off as well!
Play along with me if you like, leave me a comment and I will link you to my post! I would love to hear everyone else's most memorable holidays!
My partner's in crime this week...

I am on your mind, and I get roses!1.
We had to bring her back for her state screening at 8p, but I got to spend Christmas with my family and had a new baby to show off as well!Play along with me if you like, leave me a comment and I will link you to my post! I would love to hear everyone else's most memorable holidays!

Monday's Meme- Things that drive me CRAZY!!!
I had to do this... just b/c apparently, not enough people know this about me!
5. dishes left touching the counter. I know this doesn't seem like a big deal... but to me... the counters are full of germs. Don't sit a spoon (or whatever) down on them! Throw it in the sink, sit in on the spoon holder or balance it over a glass... Just don't put it on the counter!
4. clothes that are thrown from the dryer to the laundry basket and left there. No need to explain this one.. I think it speaks for itself!
3. to have someone sneeze, cough, spit near me or put their face in my face. My daughter is guilty of coming 1 inch away from my nose with eyes bugged and shaking her head when she is trying to prove her point. One of these days, she will not like what happens next! The rest... I think you get the picture on the sneezing, coughing and spitting! eewwww....
2. when people assume Cadie is a boy b/c she doesn't have much for hair! The poor girl is dressed in pink or very girly clothes EVERY DAY OF HER LIFE... HOW can you mistake her for a BOY??
1. how I have suddenly become the maid. I went to school to be a nurse. I earned my education. I am actually pretty smart... so... someone please tell me how to get children ages 5 to 15 to pick up after themselves, hang up their towels, put their dirty clothes in a hamper, take their dishes from the table to the sink and pick up toys. I get that the toddlers are a little bit young to expect so much... but what excuse do the big kids have?? Not to mention a husband that has the same habits! *sigh*
I hope you will join along in my Monday Meme's. I have fun with them and I hope you find fun in them as well! Leave me a comment if you want to play along and I will link you to my blog!

Monday's Meme.... about my hubby!
Ok, this week's meme is a little different. Instead of doing a top 5, I lifted this meme off of Terri and The Gibson Twins!
Have fun learning about my hubby...
1. He’s sitting in front of the TV: what is on the screen? something I don't want to watch! (science shows, history channel, military channel, programs about dangerous killers)
2. You’re out to eat. What kind of dressing does he get on his salad? Ranch
3. What is one food he doesn’t like? Chili
4. You go out to the bar. What does he order? cherry coke *JC's answer is: "I don't go to bars"*
5. Where did he go to high school? Cuba, Illinois
6. What size shoe does he wear? 10.5
7. If he was to collect anything, what would it be? Seriously? he would collect pics of women if I let him! Since he doesn't get to do that... I guess next best is hunting stuff. bows, guns, clothes, animals... OH! and airplane stuff. charts, maps, wings... gadgets.
8. What is his favorite type of sandwich? McDonalds Fish Sandwich *JC's answer is: "bacon cheeseburger"*
9. What would the Husband eat every day if he could? he actually eats a turkey sandwich almost every day b/c that is what he packs in his bucket.
10. What is his favorite cereal? Anything that the kids are eating... cocoa puffs, cocoa pepples, CTC, cookie crisp, recess's puffs...
11. What would he never wear? tennis shoes (how weird is that?)
12. What is his favorite sports team? Chicago Bears (of course!)
13. Who will he vote for? Says he is voting for Ron Paul b/c McCain and Obama both voted for the bailout bill!
14. Who is his best friend? his best friend is Brian O. *JC said "you"*
15. What is something you do that he wishes you wouldn’t do? say NO! He would prefer if I just went along with everything. We are both very independent people... doesn't always go well together. *JC's answer is "leave the curling iron on the counter in the bathroom... when I go to shut the door it falls on my toes!"*
16. How many states has he lived in? 3 states??? (Wisconsin, Mississippi, and Illinois) and 2 countries. (US and South America) *JC says 4 states... the ones I listed plus Missouri*
17. What is his heritage? German... maybe some irish in there some where??? *JC is laughing... hysterically... he is English decent*
18. You bake him a cake for his birthday; what kind? isn't big on cakes. He likes banana pudding dessert. if I had to do a cake, it would be chocolate, with chocolate icing. *JC is laughing even more now... as he says my idea of baking is calling Dairy Queen and ordering a cake!*
19. Did he play sports in high school? yes, football, baseball, some basketball. *JC says "no baseball"*
20. What could he spend hours doing? flying (and driving me crazy is a close 2nd)
*Apparently, I still have lots to learn! LOL*
play along if you like, leave me a comment and I will add your link to my blog!
Check out these great hubbies...

Monday's Meme-Dirty Little Secrets
I was tagged to do this, but I am starting a new trend... Monday's Meme Day! Play along if you like, I will post a Meme on Monday and list the top 5 and then give a hint to next week's meme. If you want, leave me a comment and I will list you in my blog on Monday for participating! I hope everyone plays along!
This Monday, since it is new... we have Dirty Little Secrets!
I got this from The Gibson Twins
1. I hate housework. My house is a wreck of half done projects that never get cleaned up and put away!
2. I am addicted to my computer! I love my digital camera, I love to blog and I like to email better than talking on the phone (no screaming kids for you to hear in the background)!
3. I can not stand stained clothing. If I can't get the stain out, it is out of here! I can't count how many pairs of undies I throw out a year b/c of stains... esp during those potty training years!
4. I might not be the best dressed, but I try to dress my kids super cute and nice. Works til they can tell me "no, I am not wearing that!"
5. I am a very picky eater. There are probably more foods on my 'will not eat' list than ones on my 'will eat' list. Of course, I have a horrible sweet tooth... it would help if they were on my 'will not eat' list!
There, those are my dirty little secrets!
Here are others who are sharing their Dirty Little Secrets:

Monday's MeMe
I got tagged today by Jen at Barrick Times.
Now, I get to tell 7 random or weird things about me. So, here we go......
1. I am a germaphobe. This can be anything from washing my hands repeatedly to freaking out b/c my children play in dirt. Some days my issues are worse than others... Just depends on the kind of day I am having.
2. I am a spoiled Brat. Seriously. I try to not be an obnoxious spoiled brat... but spoiled none the less.
3. I am a control freak. It takes a lot for me to trust someone with my life, my kids lives. I have a really hard time letting my kids go anywhere with anyone.
4. I have a horrible fear of heights/flying. Not good since my hubby is a pilot!
5. I procrastinate. I have a hard time finishing projects that I start. I always put off doing stuff in lew of doing something more fun and entertaining!
6. I love cartoons. I watch Noggin all day long without being annoyed. I like classic cartoons. I don't really care for some of the new ones on cartoon network. But I love Blue's Clues, max and ruby, Franklin, little Bill, pink panter, Garfield, Tom and Jerry, old Scooby-Doo.
7. I love to make cards. Cards for Christmas are my favorites. But, I also like Weddings and birthday parties. Anything where I mass produce one creation!
Ok... I think I am suppose to tag people...
The Collins family
Love in the making
The Moore Family
Ok.. that is all I can come up with for now.. it is late and I am tired. If you want to do a meme all about you... Join in the fun... don't wait to be tagged!
