Here comes the Sun...

So, Debi at Who Says Eight is Enough hosts a Baby Picture Sunday. Her theme today is Here Comes the Sun...

Honestly, when I think of the sun... comes to mind is Annie as a baby...
I use to sing "you are my sunshine" to her over and over and over again...

She is my sunshine... and I still think that song fits her!

Head over to Debi's blog and play along! Its fun and you know you want to!

Baby picture Sunday: Thankful for my babies

My friend Debi at Who say's Eight is Enough? hosts a baby picture Sunday. This weeks theme is Thankful for my babies! Who isn't thankful for their babies and what a great opportunity to show off my offspring!

first up:

Cadie and Courtney!
I love this photo of the twins... who wouldn't be thankful for two smiling faces who only want to be cuddled?

next up:

Jonah! This was taken in 2004 (before I entered the family) but don't you just love those beautiful brown eyes? I am Thankful that Jonah has accepted me into his life and his family here!

Then there is:

Sammy! He is the one sitting on his sister! He was such a chunk! I am thankful that Sammy has such a sweet, loving and loyal personality! He has the uncanny ability to draw people in and they just fall in love with him! (well, except for his sister who gets really annoyed by his easy going personality)!

lets not forget:

Annalea! I LOVE this picture of her! I think it shows off how vibrant she is! Which, is exactly what I am thankful for! Without my Annie... life would be just dull!

lastly...

JM! Life just wouldn't be the same without JM in it! I am thankful that JM is such a wonderful brother. He is great with the little girls and he shares a love of video games with Sammy and Jonah. He has so much patience with them that I am amazed! He routinely fights with Annie, out of love, but they do have moments they bond!
(I apologize for not having pics of JM from when he was quite little. I have them all in albums, just haven't downloaded them yet. He would have been 5 in this picture)!

Baby picture Sundays

Debi over at Who says Eight is Enough? hosts a Baby Picture Sunday... this week's theme is Budha Bellies! Join in the fun and post some pics of your babies with their nice round bellies!

My choice of belly pics is this one...

the girls are so good about sitting on their potties... Sadly, they don't do anything in them! But, as you can see... the girls have nice round bellies!

I have tons of pics of their bellies, it was hard to choose just one pic! I am sure I have some of the other kids... however, it involves me going upstairs and using the scanner and leaving the turkey birds unsupervised! Not a good thing!
So, I might post more pics later on, or this might be the only pic I show off!

baby pic sundays

My friend Debi over at Who Says Eight is Enough? sponsors Baby Picture Sundays and todays theme is Fall or Fall Harvest pics...

so, I am stretching the boundries on this one since I don't have any REALLY great fall pics....

This is one of my best friends. We met our sophomore year in high school, and have been best friends every since. Our children are all about the same age (except she didn't have twins... dang it!) Chrisney LOVES the fall.

A lady that I worked with gave me this fall sweatshirt for Sammy...

Sammy 2001 ready for fall/halloween

This last pic I just had to post just b/c...

Daddy and Cadie got up this morning, had breakfast, and made it to the couch!

*note to self... gotta find a pumpkin patch/corn maze to take the kids too...

Baby Picture Sundays

I had to really search to find an animal picture! We have some outside cats, but we don't have any pets in the house... unless you count fish... and I don't.

But, my girls love to watch the outside cats... the cats really love having the attn too!

Baby Photo Sundays

My good friend Debi at "Who says 8 is enough?" hosts a baby photo Sunday...

This sunday it is all about GENERATIONS
here are some of mine...
My Grandma Ault with Courtney Sue...

My Grandma Ault with Cadie Kay...
Sadly, my grandma passed away last year. She was sure taken by the twins though... she thought they were pretty cool! She made them matching quilts that I will keep forever! I sure wish the girls could have known her, but they will always have their baby quilts from her!

This is my mom with the twins...
She loves them... however they wear her out!
This is my dad with the girls...
He is so good about coming out and helping to watch them so I can get something done!

This is my Grandma Widger...
Sadly, my Grandpa Widger passed away Feb 06. He would have LOVED the girls! He loved all his kids and grandkids and great grandkids, but my grandpa always had a special bond with girls. Amazing what wisdom is bistowed amongst a man who got to live with 6 women!
This is my aunt Cindy....
she has always been so good to me and my kids! She helps me out quite often when it comes to watching the kids!

This is my MIL...
She is such a huge help to us! I don't know what I would do without her!
This is my FIL...
affectionately called... Grandpa John. It is wonderful to have them living so close!
